7 Heads and 10 Horns
This book examines nine Seventh-day Adventist explanations of this topic and shows why none of them can be correct—before presenting a Historicist view that solves numerous problems. It shows that the ancient Romans were, at least in part, biologically descended from the Western Greeks who colonized Sicily and much of Italy. This greatly impacted on Roman philosophy and religion in both pagan and Catholic times. To our knowledge, no other writer has published material to make these points. The key to his book is the insight that where Daniel 8 foretells the rise of the pagan and papal Little Horn and relates it to the Hellenic horns, this concerns the Western Greeks. Through their culture, philosophy, and religion, they profoundly influenced the ancient Romans, who were also in part descended from them.
